By using or accessing this website, www.chateaulasfargues.com, you acknowledge and accept without qualification that you are subject to the following terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please stop using this website immediately if you do not fully agree to these terms.

Booking Policy

Bookings are only secured once the availability is confirmed and a deposit has been received.  The booking needs to be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable thereafter. 

Deposit

30% of total rent payable on booking acceptance and is non-refundable.*

Refundable security deposit

€1,200 is required to cover any damage or breakages to the property.

Please be aware that any breakages, loss or damage during the rental period or indeed additional cleaning required after your rental period will result in deductions from your security deposit. In addition, you (the person making the booking) remains liable for the full costs of replacements or repairs which are not limited to the amount of the Security Deposit. You are fully entitled to request an invoice and receipts itemising any deductions.
