THE FINE PRINT
Cancellations & Refunds
Bookings are secured once availability is confirmed and a 30% deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due 84 days (12 weeks) before arrival.
Cancellations:
- Within 24 hours of reservation, full refund. (Cooling off period.)
- 180 days or more before arrival, a full refund of everything paid minus €200 admin fee.
- Between 180 and 84 days, 50% refunded.
- Inside 84 days, no refund.
A €1,200 pre-authorisation is held on your card the day before arrival and released five to seven days after departure — not a charge, and refundable in full unless there's damage or a breach of terms.
